Abigail Pawlett, in her senior international debut, finished 9th in the Pentathlon at the World Indoor Championships in Glasgow.

At just 21 years of age, the Trafford athlete excelled in her favoured events, the 60mH and Long Jump, cheered on by her family and as the sole British competitor in the event will now target the Paris Olympics.
