Last Friday saw the most recent running of the Mid Cheshire 5K at Kingsley in which a number of Trafford atheletes ran.

 

First home for Trafford in an excellent 3rd place was James Knockton.  His time was a super quick 14:20 which is a UK U17 record.

 

Behind James there were some other good times.  Bradley Giblin ran 15:15, Seb Patrick 15:55/15:56 (he is wrongly placed in the results), Jeff Prest 15:57, Jack Wilkinson 16:01, Sonny Wilson 16:51, Tony Davenport 17:19, Charlie Atkiss 17:44, Greg Marcroft 18:13 and Sue Exon 26:13 (1st W65).
