1. Four attempts only for U16 field events, three attempts for U14s & U12s.
2. An athlete disqualified for a false start will not be allowed to compete in another heat.
3. Minimum age nine.
4. Entry in advance £10 for one event, £4 for each extra event at https://www.traffordac.co.uk/php/index.php?script=openMeetEntry
5. Entry on the day £12 for one event, £4 for each extra event and you will be allocated a heat/pool where space is available.
6. Medals to the first three across all heats/pools in all events in each age group (NOT U18 and older).
7. Requests for performances not to be submitted to Power of 10 will be denied.
8. The organisers reserve the right to change any detail within the programme at any time.
9. If electronic timing is unavailable, hand timings will be used.
10. External photographic/video evidence cannot be used to determine a result.
11. Max of 3 events per athlete. Only one event over 300m permitted.

Spectators will be charged £2 entry.
