7:00pm	Sprint hurdles
7:15pm	100m	U13B, U13G, U15B, U15G, U17M, U17W, SM, SW
7:45pm	600m/800m	U13B, U13G, U15B, U15G, U17M, U17W, SM, SW
8:00pm	300m	All ages U15 upwards
8:20pm	4 x 100m	Teams may be a mixture of age groups and/or sexes

Electronic timing in operation.

If more than one race is required for each age group, positions will be determined on time.

Entry is £3 for one or more events. Pay at reception.

Events per athlete unlimited.

Medals to the winner in each age group.
