The third Northern League Division 3W match took place at Stretford on Sunday 8th July. Thanks to Salford for organising and all the officials. The Trafford team gave it some welly and were rewarded with a second place on the day. That places them second overall in the division and therefore in a promotion spot. Below are the league standings and link to results.

Performances of highlight were PBs from George and Ahmed in the Triple Jump, victory in the High Jump for Amy with 1.53, a second place for Nicole in the pole vault, Greg and Darren setting 800 and 1500 PBs respectively, and victories in the shot A and B from Dan and Kaleb.

The final (promotion-deciding) match is Saturday 4th August in Warrington. Please let the team managers (Vicki Cronin & Simon O’Meara) know if you'd like to compete.
