The final weekend of January saw Trafford juniors taking on teams from across the county in the Greater Manchester Sportshall Championships.

 

Everyone who competed did their club proud and several even tried events outside their strengths, which is great to see.

 

This is the final Sportshall season for Issi Boyle who has competed in an impressive seven seasons.  Whilst she waved goodbye, the team welcomed four newcomers to the U11 boys: Evan Lewis, Jonah Hernshaw, Khalid Johnson and Sulaiman Johnson.  Elliot Johnson made an excellent debut in the U13 boys.

 

The full results are below.  There were several county medallists from Trafford including a brilliant 1, 2, 3 in the vertical jump from Trezeguet, Roselle and Renee.
