Six Trafford U11s gained valuable experience on Wednesday at the Manchester International. Racing in the 3x500m Lucy, Betel and Daisy formed the Girls' team and put their distance training to practise by clocking 5:40. Meanwhile, the Boys' 3x500m has been described as the most exciting performance of the competition. The two Evans ran very well on the first two legs, but Jay had some ground to make up on the leader on the last leg. He managed to take the victory with a blistering final 100m. Well done everyone!!!
