It`s only ten days to the Club Champs ( Thursday 13th September ).

Events are now confirmed as Sprint Hurdles, 100m, 3/400m, 800m, Long Jump, Shot Putt and Mixed Relays.

For the relays, at least one member of the team has to be of the opposite sex. Mixed age groups are allowed and they are open to all jumpers, throwers , distance runner, etc.

And it`s only £2 entry for one or more events.
