With winter training in full swing our distance runners will be finding out how well their mileage is working when they compete at the UKA cross-challenge in Sefton Park Liverpool on Sunday.  On the entry list are: Beth Donnelly (senior women), Jay Ferns (senior men), Mac O'Malley and Xav O'Hare (junior men), Joe Mangan and Alex Bailey (U17 Men).

Meanwhile several of Mike Hutchinson's group will be competing in the Salford Women's 5.25 mile road race, also on Sunday.
