Jeff Prest was 23rd Vet and 83rd overall in the Lancashire Champs whilst Vicki Cronin was 4th senior woman at the Cheshire event, thereby gaining automatic qualification to the inter-counties, and senior man Simon O'Meara was 8th, also at the Cheshire's.

In the Greater Manchester Champs back in December Mel Monks had a storming race as she finished 15th senior woman.
