Now that all the main league matches are over you may be thinking what`s next ?

Well to finish the season off in style and a bit of fun how about putting the Club Champs in your diary ? Thursday 13th September is the date.

If your a sprinter there`s a 100m & 400m. If you`re a distance runner, theer`s an 800m - imagine all the club`s distance runners in the same race ?

There`s a sprint hurdles for all our budding hurdlers, for the jumpers it`s the Long Jump and, in a change of event, for the throwers it`s the Shot Putt.

And to finish off all are welcome to have some real fun in the mixed relays.

So, keep training and look forward to a night with a difference.
